I was a little skeptical when I read the following e-mail:

Per your request, I wanted to let you know we used your member data as part of a local story on the Palo Alto-based Web site, Facebook.com.

But it’s true. My data is on NBC! What data, you say? I logged the membership of the “Students against Facebook News Feed†every 30 minutes as it increased at an incredible rate. I put that data into Excel, made two nice graphs, and put it on flightpad.net (my personal site) with a little back-story.
I sent links to a few people, including the group creator, who posted a link on the “recent news section†of the group homepage. My facebook page has received more than 10,000 unique page views since then. You can view it here:
